JOB PURPOSE:

The Teller is a frontline staff and is one of the customer’s first points of contact with the bank and therefore it is essential that, in spite of work pressure, they must wear a cheerful look and countenance.

His/her primary focus is to deliver prompt and efficient services across the counters and at the same time, ensuring compliance with operating and regulatory guidelines. This will include prompt update of registers for transactions requiring reporting to regulatory bodies.

Militants blowup Chevron Valve Platform in Delta

Militants in the Niger Delta region have continued their onslaught on oil installations in the area with the blowing up of the Chevron Valve Platform in Abiteye, Warri North council area of Delta State.

The incident as gathered occurred at about 10:40pm on Wednesday.

Though the company’s Public Affairs Manager, Deji Haastrup, could not be reached for comments on the incident, on official of the Department of Security Services, DSS, who spoke on anonymity, confirmed the incident adding that the platform was totally destroyed with the use of dynamites.

Survivors & bodies of students who died in a fatal accident arrive Kano for burial (Photos)

Bodies of 8 persons who lost their lives in an accident yesterday along Lagos – Ibadan Express way while on a mission to represent Kano in the National Quiz Competition in Lagos, arrived Kano this evening. The students and bodies were received at Kano International Airport by the State Governor, Dr.Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and other state officials.

Information available indicated that 3 students of Unity School Karaye and 3 from Kano Kapital as well as a driver and coordinator of competition lost their lives in the accident.

A total of 8 persons lost their lives: 6 students and two officials while 5 students sustained some degree of injuries.

5 ways women trick men into marrying them

One really cannot blame women who trick men into marrying them; it is a difficult world for them out there. Women are often judged for not being married and are subjected to some baseless hypocritical criticism.

The society has a way of labeling these women and making them feel like they have missed an important event in their lives. Some even brew stories of all sorts insinuating that the ladies must have spent their early years waywardly.

These and all sorts of things push the ladies beyond their limits and make them go to any length in tying a man down. Ladies carefully plan their way into a man’s heart and house. They would do anything just for their titles to change.

Below are some of the things women do to trick men into marrying them:

1. They become obedient

Every man wants to marry a submissive woman; a woman who is hardworking, obedient, prudent and understanding. Most women know these and many more traits are the things men want in the women so they act out all these things.

They become a different person entirely and do all they could to please the men. The men in turn, blindly fall for this and choose women that possess all these qualities.

2. They become more religious

In the society now, people believe good-natured people can majorly be found in places of worship. Women know this well and act on it; they become frequent fellowship goer and start to partake in the activities that would make them become more noticeable. Not like there are no good girls in the religious centers, they have simply been infiltrated by those looking forward to getting married.

Most men who want to settle down prefer picking their partners from religious groups as they believe they would be good natured and homely. Sadly, most of them are just disillusioned and do not know that it is a coy for the ladies to get married.

3. Getting pregnant

Many ladies trick men into marrying them by becoming pregnant all of a sudden. They might not have planned for it but then the ladies would insist on having the baby and start to share different prophecies about them being warned not to abort.

Some innocent men fall prey to this and are forced to marry those women. Six out of every ten men could have married a different person but for the fact that another woman got pregnant for them about that same time.

4. Pretending to be virgins

Women also trick men into marrying them by portraying themselves as being virgins. Men love the idea of getting married to women who are untouched; who have never been defiled for reasons best known to them.

So while they must have had lots of fun as bachelors, they still get charmed by the idea of marrying virgins for a change. Ladies use this to work their way into their lives. It is a safe point for them as the men can never ascertain if they are truly virgins until the wedding night.

5. The family’s favorite

Some women also act so nice towards the men’s family such that they become everyone’s favorite. They do this so well that they have advocates in the house who would speak for them even when they are not around.

20 Herdsmen, 83 Cows Killed In Nasarawa In Suspected Reprisal Attacks

20 herdsmen and 83 cows were reportedly killed in Adayi and Loko areas of Nasarawa LGA of Nasarawa State by gunmen suspected to have come from Benue and Nasarawa states, over the weekend.

The state police spokesman, ASP Ismaila Numa, who confirmed the attack, said he could not verify the identity of the attackers, adding that the police only received the report and have commenced investigation.

 

The Fulani leader of Adayi area, Mallam Bideri Ahmadu, said the killing of the cows was carried out by people suspected to be Agatu gunmen. 

The traditional ruler of Loko, Alhaji Abubakar Ahmed Sabo, also blamed Agatu youths in the killing of 20 men in the attack. 

 

According to him, the gunmen crossed over from Benue at about 10:30 am on Saturday and started shooting sporadically, killing many people and cows.

 

"Upon realising they could not achieve their aim, the Agatu youths opened fire on the cows, killing many people and 83 cows instantly while others who sustained bullet wounds are lying in the bush," he said.

What a story!!! LEICESTER WINS THE PREMIER LEAGUE TITLE

Leicester! Leicester!!Leicester!!! what can I say, for the non-loving football people, I bet you this is a story you need to tap into. Who would have thought that a club that was bottom last season is today England's hero. I call them a deadly force. This is a clear story of "the stone the builder's rejected has become the chief corner stone.

 

No wonder they are called the foxes, they are compact, united and dangerous. Amidst them are Mharez known as the architect, Vardy known as the Hitman, Kante the architect and the able goalkeeper.

 

In life never give up, no matter how many times you fall. What can I say about the coach, while at Chelsea he was sacked and later got employed at Leicester. So innocent but bold at heart. I still wonder what he told his boys that changed their mentality. The question is what were the previous coaches saying to them. Be careful what you hear and who you listen too, it can make or mar you.

 

The most beautiful thing about this story is that the title is from one blue club to another. The title would have ended on Saturday when they played Manchester United but it delayed, that's to say no matter how long it takes there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

 

It had to take their blue counterpart Chelsea to seal up the title race with Eden Hazard scoring a fantastic goal despite having a poor run this season just like he got the winning goal for Chelsea that got the Title. Eden practically won the league for Leicester. Chelsea has to play for pride when they meet Leicester for the final game.
